North Harbour Hire — Father’s Day 2026 Raffle
Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion (“Promotion“) is conducted by NORTH HARBOUR HIRE at 646 East Coast Road, Pinehill, Auckland 0630 (“Promoter“, “North Harbour Hire“, “we”, “us”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 9am on Thursday 6 August 2026 and closes at 11am on Saturday 5 September 2026 (“Promotion Period“). Entries close one hour before the draw.
3. How to Enter
Entry is automatic and free with any purchase or hire made in-store at North Harbour Hire during the Promotion Period. No extra payment is required to enter, and no purchase-free entry method is available for this Promotion.
To enter:
- Make a purchase or hire in-store at North Harbour Hire, 646 East Coast Road, Pinehill, Auckland 0630, during the Promotion Period.
- Place your receipt in the entry box provided in-store.
Each valid receipt placed in the entry box counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries a single person may accumulate, provided each entry is supported by a separate, valid, qualifying receipt.
Online, phone, mail, and social media entries are not accepted.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents, except:
- Employees (and their immediate families) of North Harbour Hire.
5. The Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won: K3 Car & Deck Combo with foam cannon, with a retail value of approximately $400 NZD (incl. GST).
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
6. The Draw
The draw will take place at 12pm on Saturday 5 September 2026, at North Harbour Hire, 646 East Coast Road, Pinehill, Auckland 0630, as part of North Harbour Hire’s Father’s Day Sausage Sizzle.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
The winner must be present at the draw at the time their entry is drawn in order to claim the prize.
If the winner is not present, up to ten (10) further redraws will take place. If no entrant is present to claim the prize after ten (10) redraws, the prize will be withdrawn.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is withdrawn under clause 7, it will be returned to North Harbour Hire’s store inventory or used in a future promotion, at the Promoter’s discretion.
9. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry, or any entrant, reasonably believed to be fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Changes to the Promotion
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, without liability to any entrant, subject to any applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this Promotion (such as name and contact details) will be used by the Promoter solely to conduct the Promotion and contact the winner, in line with North Harbour Hire’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants consent to this use.
13. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name and image in publicity relating to the Promotion, including on social media, the North Harbour Hire website, and in-store, without further compensation.
